Manage Your Accounts with ADP TotalSource!
Yay! Our new insurance is officially in effect with Oxford Medical and Aetna Dental. You’ll find links to your carrier websites in ADP and set up your online account with Oxford and Aetna. You can also view your benefits in ADP. If you did not receive your card yet – please check your address on file with ADP and contact me or the Employee Service Center at 1-800-554-1802.

Coming up with total source -- more HR-friendly features. We are starting a 60-day customization process to give you better tools to view and track your vacation, contract renewals and employee reviews. For now, if you need to take a day off – email me at agardner@charitybuzz.com.

The office will be closed July 4 – 9, but it’s all hands on deck July 2 and 3.

Summer Fridays are back! Effective July 13 – Aug. 31 leave at 2:00pm and manage your workload via mobile.

Memorial Day often signifies the official beginning of summer, but its true meaning is to remember those who have lost their lives serving our country. To recognize Armed Forces day (May 19) and Memorial Day (May 28) we would love to have the Charitybuzz team write letters to the troops for them to receive around July 4th! More details to come, but we hope you'll pay tribute to the troops and send your best wishes to those abroad and at home to lshare how much you appreciate their service and continued fight for our independence, freedom and human rights! Charitybuzz has turned green!

Make sure you....

• Recycle in the proper bids throughout the office - now nicely labeled for your convenience!
  
  
• Turn off electronics, unplug computers, and turn off lights when you leave the office
  
  
• Limit your k-cup usage and drink brewed coffee instead (like martina who always makes a delicious pot every morning!)
  
  
• Serve drinks in glasses to clients and pass out bottled water only if necessary (there will be a handy client-only section in the kitchen closet).
  
  

Also, hazardous cleaning products, office supplies and packaging material will be phased out in favor of eco-friendly ones throughout the office - this is an ongoing initiative so more changes will come!
